With full network visibility, our highly qualified network engineers carry out both reactive and proactive network management and surveillance activities encompassing case logging, escalation and reporting.
The NOC uses sophisticated SNMP technology, enabling our engineers to monitor individual lines in terms of line speed, signal strength, transmission rates and other import measures. We can constantly monitor the status of each connection so that problems can be detected and remediated well before they threaten service quality.
Customers can also access the network management interface securely via web access.
